The twin towers depicted and giant eleven, referring to the Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, because the US corp entity went bankrupt in late 1999, that dead line was yet known back in the days when they built the twin tower WTC complex.
Now you a got a huge syringe foretelling the bankruptcy of the bodies of the former US corp employees, vessels of the former US citizens, liquidation and reorganization.
