I know with a politician there are very few pictures that aren't staged, but the room itself is so trashy it doesn't look like a promotional photo.

I was thinking it coulda been from his campaigning days, and had a budget. So he wasn't using the phone, and the guy taking the picture wasn't professional. So he didn't notice/say, but idk.
