It really doesn't matter. If they go forward with this and millions of people leave work, legal fight or not, our economy will grind to a crazy halt in less than a month. Then bring on the serious civil unrest, massive protests, and supply line, medical disruptions will bring in a crazy time for everyone. Vaccinated or not

This Vaccine Information Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers comprises the Fact Sheet for the authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and also includes information about the FDA-licensed vaccine, COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA).
The FDA-approved COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) and the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) have the same formulation and can be used interchangeably
to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.[1]

COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine made by Pfizer for BioNTech.
• It is approved as a 2-dose series for prevention of COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older.
• It is also authorized under EUA to be administered to:
o prevent COVID-19 in individuals 12 through 15 years, and
o provide a third dose to individuals 12 years of age and older who have been determined to have certain kinds of immunocompromise.
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has received EUA from FDA.

[1] The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness. Then way are they legally distinct.

He asks them to clarify legally distinct and points out it is not available in the USA!

On August 23, 2021, the FDA reissued the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the PfizerBioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.1
This vaccine is currently available and used in the United States. At the same time, the FDA announced its approval of the biologics license application submitted by BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH for Comirnaty (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) against COVID-19 for individuals 16 years of age and older.

I don't care if it is approved, all day long there's ads for lawyers looking to make a buck on the latest FDA recall drug, this one won't be any different, assuming you're still alive to sue.

Some of the most ridiculous mandates I've heard of are jobs mandating vaccines even firy working remotely.

As well as colleges requiring them even for taking classes online.

Then there's jobs that require taxi drivers, bus drivers, truck drivers to wear a mask in their vehicle, even if they're the only one in it.

The fact that people would need others to be vaccinated for their vaccine to work.
Or for others to wear masks for theirs to work is ridiculous in itself.

Mandating vaccines to work remotely or take classes online, or mandating masks when someone is in their vehicle alone us a whole new level of ridiculousness.

What do they think: that the virus us going to pass through students/employees computer to the school/workplace?

Or that the virus is going to spread from someone's car to people outside or to people in other cars?

Not to mention all these politicians, Fauci, world leaders, health"experts" that are pushing masks, vaccines, and lockdowns don't even follow their own ridiculous rules.

Really goes to show you what these mandates, are all about.

LEAGALLY DISTINCT MEANS THE NAME IS DIFFERENT, NOT THE DRUG !!!! Pfizer had to come up with a TRADE NAME to market the drug once it was approved.

They have millions of doses of the BionTech drug that they want to get rid of before they start making the drug under its new name of Comirnaty. Legally, they cannot sell the BionTech drug as Comirnaty because of the old name being on the label.

Because the PREP was enacted trumps hhs secretary, all claims are filed under cicp program until 2024 or if legislation is passed to have it covered under vicp. Vicp was established in 1986. If you are killed or injured by ANY vax, your claim goes through this program -- hence the pharmaceutical companies are off the hook from Civil lawsuits. That's not me making this up-- that's straight from the fact checking websites that reached out to pfizer. They themselves know they face zero liabilities. They fund the HHS via FDA, and HHS funds the liability protections.

False..Jacobson vs Massachusetts.. until SCOTUS takes up a case to say otherwise, forced vaccinations is settled law going back to smallpox vaccinations of 1905. They ruled its perfectly legal to restrict your liberty for sake of the health of society. Not my words.. thats directly from a 7-2 decision forcing a man to pay fines for refusing the vaccine for medical reasons.
