The valley between that hill and the volcano is what prevents the lava from reaching El Passo and the center of Los Llanos, the largest city on the island.
Little by little that valley is filling up, if it overflows the hill it will be catatrophic for the most populous region of the island.

I feel you 100%. I don’t want the “tsunami apocalypse” and I’m so ready for it all to just be over one way or another. It would be a huge relief if we were able to just move on. But Mount Doom has other plans, it looks like. We all need each other through this…the support people have offered me is a tremendous comfort during a time when I worry so much about my family and their well-being. That’s why I’m glad the OP has tolerated and continues to tolerate the socializing and fraternization in his thread. It’s not mentally healthy to face these odds day in and day out without some kind of friendship and support structure full of people who totally relate to us.

Pardon my lack of knowledge but I do have a question. Are the three vents just holes in the facade being fed by the same chamber or do they function independently of each other and are fed by different chambers or pockets?

There is no information available to be certain.

I suspect they are almost directly fed by the magma plume, and it isn't being disseminated because they know people will freak out. That would make it the only existing active super volcano on the planet.

If this is the case, the Wolcano will continue on strong and powerful. As it is, I think it's already surpassed the expected life, and shows no signs of quitting. But you would have to check with the video-tard crew for that tidbit.
