Latest from what I believe to be a reliable source says, "More importantly, the area on the western half of the island is having double and triple quakes at the same epicenters but at different angles" He calls them "jackhammer quakes". "This is happening in the area which holds the slump to the rest of the island. We are at the point where everything and anything goes."

Would you happen to have or be able to get some information on the area that is rarely shown, the ridge and most southern portion of the island?

I would think the mods would provide a warning first. Like I said, maybe it's a healthy thing for fairly short times of boosting discussion, but again, grouped together, for a short timeframe and only during times of nothing really happening with the main subject, the 'cano. At an instant should a post come in, other info must be halted immediately and attention turned back to it.

The AC's, I don't get why the good ones have to be AC unless some insider info comes out. Otherwise, what harm would it do to just log in. Some don't want to register and I didn't for several years myself until I got locked out for some time during the DDos attacks.

The flares today, while not official yet, did produce a CME visible on SDO. Very likely is earth directed.

But Solstice light is different because the sun moves along the horizon over 13,000 year periods - while the Equinox sun is always due east twice a year.

What this means is all the great constructions that utilize solstice sunlight were built for THIS age and they may not have been built 26,000 years ago when they were utilizing it.
