It's not about preventing panic with the masses, but allowing travel for Continuity of Government personnel and the elite to airports and COG facilities.

Not everyone has a helicopter.

The relocation arc of COG facilities is well outside any tsunami, but personnel have to get there first.

Not even close to being right. Not at this moment.


If this continue for multiple days (tons of vents and shitload of lava oozing), then we can say that enough lava have been flushed out and pressure is going down.


However, not enough vents open atm, and the lava that is oozing atm is a fraction of a fraction of what is underground.


I personally expected another week, at least, before initial eruption.


This moved way too fast, and it is puzzling.The number of tremors in the last days that were above 2 km, were mostly weak and did not show any indication that lava is THAT close to the surface.


I believe that what is happening now is that a small part of lava underneath found a weird way up.


There will be a massive eruption, and if things were "normal" (initial eruption a week from now, more quakes above 1 km, etc.), the main eruption would take several weeks.



But now I believe the main event is going to take place in a matter of days, probably before Thursday.



I have a really bad feeling that the western slope is going to slide, and a mega tsunami is going to occur.
