I have a question and if it was asked before, I apologize. They have been saying that the lava has gotten thicker? What does this mean? Is this a good thing or a bad thing or not a thing at all? Thanks so much :-) .“Perfer et obdura, dolor hic tibi proderit olim. (Be patient and tough; someday this pain will be useful to you.)” ― Ovid. |

Time to say goodbye for volcano-thank you for all support :) Just a thought here, as this is progressing Quoting: ArmouredKitten There is really only one leap one needs to make in order to say that the end result will certainly be a lateral collapse. The leap is that if we can believe that this eruption and the earthquakes may be due to HAARP like weapons that cause earthquakes, it's pretty reasonable to assume that whoever is targeting La Palma will not stop until a lateral collapse does happen. No need for HAARP: "The predominantly constructive life cycles of large, long-lived, stratovolcanoes and basaltic shields are punctuated by transitory episodes during which large volumes of material are divested from the flanks. Such shedding typically takes place catastrophically in the form of a lateral collapse, generating a debris avalanche and leaving a scar that may attain caldera dimensions. Collapse may follow instability development arising from a single, discrete, event, such as a crypto-dome intrusion, or may be the end-product of progressive destabilization over a long period of time..." Time to say goodbye for volcano-thank you for all support :) This might seem off topic, but the past few days i've fallen down the parasite rabbit hole and... I couldn't help but notice a couple things that relate to this volcano. 1) Can dogs smell parasites? (I understand the Canary Isalnds were named for the dogs who lived there) 2) wormwood kills parasites. (Canary Island Wormwood grows there) So i thought i should share these observations here in case- i don't know in case of what but anyway... |
