Cumbre Vieja volcano post eruption phase! Time to say goodbye for volcano-thank you for all support :)

It appears to me that the magma chamber currently feeding this volcanic activity on LA PALMA is between 9 and 14 K deep.

There is a much larger and more powerful chamber between 30 and 40 K deep underneath. Just recently i have noted Earthquakes at 16 and 29 k depth. There is currently only 13k of Earth holding them apart.

i am hoping that a channel is not opened between these two chambers. If it does there only appears to be two likely endings. Five hundred vents will open on LA PALMA to release the pressure or we will see a new version of the BIG BANG THEORY.

Think about the size of the earth.

Think about how much a cubic yard of dirt weights.

Imagine the pressure at the core.

Think about how much heat just the pressure would generate.

Now consider all the heavy radioactive material that has sunk to the core.

Way way way beyond critical mass.

The core of the earth is literally experiencing constant atomic explosions except the pressure is so great it is all held in.

Okay, while post borders on OT, but because of the interest and for those who don't know, the Moai on Easter Island off the coast of Chile are not heads.

They are full sized statues that were covered over by the sediment left behind by a tsunami that washed over them in antiquity.

The huge mistake everyone makes is

you think EARTH is not a sentient being

as if SHE does not intelligently know

She began by opening her wolcano

next to a city - a few earth-inches further down
she would open in the middle of the city,
sooo many people dead!

No, she went aside and then ...

slowly slowly opening vent after vent downwards
towards the city, so that everyone has time to leave.

Roaring day and night "FLEE"

More and more wolcano vents moving downwards
- how much more time will she give them ???

I saw this when I woke up at 3 last night and when I fell back asleep, I remembered something from a video I watched yesterday. My subconscious pulled it up:

A man talking about the sound the earth makes when the chunk breaks off/or I should say slides down.

To him, he said it sounded like thousands of people scraping their fingernails across a chalk board.

Then, in my sleep, I connected it to the sound of a steel table being dragged across a concrete floor.

Just what it made me think of. I think we are waiting to see the chunk “blow off,” but that’s not what I think we’ll see. I think it will start off with a gentle slide which picks up momentum as the heavier stuff is displaced and the bottom can’t support it.
