We will be leaving Monday on a 5 day cruise to Mexico from port of Galveston (great time to cruise, ships at only about 55% capacity).

I will have the premium internet package.

If the island goes, I will keep you all up to date on Gulf of Mexico conditions for as long as I have service.

If she collapses, I expect the Captain to take us far into the Gulf, if we are in/near any port.

I do not expect devastation in GOM, but do expect a good splash similar to a moderate storm surge. In the middle of the GOM there will likely just be a good swell then drop.

Will be returning the morning of 30th.

Kinda wanna go AC to post this but idc, had a dream last night I was look at a map of the us, and the we're double digits on each state FL is the only one I can remember 66.7 and a majority of the states had double digit numbers but I definitely remember Florida's..I still see it in my mind. not being an alarmist I don't know what it means. Please be aware. Incoming red I'm sure. And it could have been that I was burning up in my sleep and it could just be all the news that I've been reading...

First plan is to get the f*** away from the East Coast but if it's too late we are getting on the Parker which is basically the same boat that was used in the movie Jaws and we're going to head straight for basically the wave. I prefer not too. I would rather speed upstate.

Anyways yeah... I thought I would share... The double digits on the map were getting smaller as it goes north to Maine I'm going to assume why I recognized Florida at 66.7. I think South Carolina was like 50 something...

Something happened in the ocean between eastern Africa and Australia.

Her old home in NJ at elevation 1700 feet was under water.

Until hearing this, I was in the "meh, might happen" camp.
