It could be an antichrist strategy.
To take over all the governments of the world, he first needed to discredit them on a massive scale.
He has to look like a savior - removing corrupt and stupid people everywhere, and he doesn't need to accomplish anything more than letting people leave their houses and go without masks and vaccines.
He would look like a hero.
The foolish governments fell right into a trap by behaving like complete villains for no good reason.
It could get worse.
