I think you can still get everything, but you're going to have to drive around. I don't think there is any store that is fully stocked with what they normally carry. Just walking through you can see lots of empty spaces on the shelves.

The Aldi here hasn't had lemon juice for a few weeks. My husband drinks lemon water for a kidney condition.

Someone nearby told me she couldn't find taco shells. Now that is a serious problem indeed! Hopefully she's found them by now.

I was having trouble finding frozen egg rolls. Something I like now and again. Finally found them at Dollar Tree. American made too!

Then there's that whole issue that they have what you want but it is so darn expensive. People are just starting to wake up to the inflation as Biden crashes the economy.

Went to a walmart across the river in WV.

All stocked up with everything except canning supplies. 2nd week in a row.

Seeing some stuff running out. but most importantly... Im paying WAY more for the same things. I eat the same things. And now its more.

Inflation.

I was at Walmart 2 days ago. Lots of gaps in the shelves. Frozen goods were half empty.

I work at a bar/restaurant in MT. We have been having trouble getting the food stuffs we need to meet our menu. We have been out of many items and our distributors don't know when they are getting more. Also having to use brands and labels we wouldn't normally use. Meanwhile costs go up but menu prices haven't changed in 3 years.

There is not much shortage now, it is the silence before the storm. Everyone is playing it cool- When do folks need to make the decision to get vaxed to keep their jobs?

I posted on here in the second week of July that we pulled into Custer, SD to get some lunch, and the first THREE restaurant/bars we went to had NO food. None.

This isn't new, it's just happening more often, and people are noticing.

Homeland was sold out of strawberries.

My daughter and I shopped at Target, Whole Foods, and Publix in Palm Beach County, Florida, last week. Shelves full. LOTS of fresh produce in all stores.

Hit or miss here in DC area, prices have deff went up 2-5 bucks at any place even fast food. most are closed due to shortage of staff, i order Pisano's pizza at work all the time, its so good, prices went up and they cannot get ham or certain stuff depending on day.
