Fired - Unemployment
They don't want to pay
if she QUITS they ride freenotice the phrasing... "do the right thing".
in other words, their legal standing is sketchy and they
know it. That's why they won't fire her.

She should leave and try to keep her security badge etc. Send HR an email saying that a security guy tried to do this to her and she still considers herself employed because she was never fired, and is awaiting instructions on when she can return and her ID will work. If the paychecks stop, sue them. Probobly no paychecks, she is an hourly employee probobly unless she has enough PTO (paid time off) set up. She should get PTO now and if she quits on good terms. If she gets fired they take all of the PTO. Atleast thats how it works here. So I wonder if she is getting anything. Like whats the backstory? She refused the vax and bam! Nothing after that?
