A lot of people left the city for the suburbs.....

I live in a town 40 minutes west of Chicago and houses were literally being sold in the first week for above asking price for the last six months....

Is it good school districts were they just trying to get out of the city or maybe they moved here because we only have 5% minority maybe all the above....

I know a lot of people relocated to Texas and Florida that’s for sure
