This exactly along with other factors. Between this and people siting on unemployment that's what you're seeing. People have been collecting like 600 week plus doing side gigs making way more Han woking a shitty job. Others moved to better areas. Here in Florida there is a shortage on some workers due to unemployment and families adjusting to taking care of kids and leaving the workforce but everything is busy and its pretty normal overall. If you didn't tell me there was a virus and got rid of everyones masks I would not know there was anything wrong.

Ok, so this thread hits home. I walk all over and for the past few months, there have been 1/10th of the active people I usually see. At first, I thought it was because people were happy to take summer vacations and everyone took the chance to run away. Then school started and I guessed everyone was back at work or in school. I see parents in school pickup line but it’s not as long as it used to be. It’s about 1/3 shorter.

Noticed it yesterday when I went for a 5pm walk and there wasn’t another soul around. No kids at the park. No basketball. No runners. So very creepy.

Interesting thread. Was actually talking about this yesterday with my lady friend and brother. Utah. We really didn't get hit to bad economically, imo. Nothing really closed down much but everywhere is hiring.

She manages a store in the mall and said almost every store is hiring and some even running shortened schedules due to lack of staffing.

I went for a grocery run yesterday and the deli had signs posted that it was closed indefinitely due to lack of staff.

Brother went to Subway yesterday and only one worker w/ owner running the entire shop. When asked why, he was told that all the rest of the workers got up and quit one day. Everyone is advertising starting wages at an average of $13/hour. Very odd.

My brother said the same thing.He said outside at parks where a lot of people (used to go) with their dogs and or children.Nearly Empty city parks in summertime ... SURREAL.

How are so many places understaffed when unemployment and eviction moratoriums are gone?

I don’t believe that many people are suddenly hiding now because of CoVid and not working just waiting to get evicted. Even fast food is paying $15 an hour in states where it’s not the mandatory minimum wage - and heroic grocery store workers stayed on the job at the height of the fear pandemic.

Why would all those people not be working now? What are all these mysterious ‘better jobs’ they left for?

Are the supply shortages really because so many people are MIA?

I am one of the drop outs. I live in my truck and take small jobs to afford gas and food. The rest of the time I dog sit during the day while other people are at work. I spend my time going on little hikes, kayaking, taking shits in the woods, and cooking food on my tailgate with my little propane stove. Ftw!!!

the labor shortage issue is not just the big metro cities. it has gotten to the rural areas. i live on the edge of what i call a rocking chair zone, farthest points from major cities,inland,mountainous,etc. basically the safest place to be for any disaster,collapse,or in this case pandemic.

our cases and deaths are very low compared to other small countries even. yet we seem to have labor shortages.at first i thought it was the personnel offices trying to look busy by filing apps. have gotten word that it is in the hospitals and the mid level restaraunts as well. even some country type family owned shops are not operating normally. they would have had less turn over since most of the employees stay long term.

not sure what is going on. it is not the unemployment payouts. if u fail to go back when recalled,u lose the benefits. young ppl entering the workforce or those who had just entered before 2020,didn't earn enuf to get any UI.

could b more than 1 reason for it. take the college kids. they may not b working in the towns. for 1 they don't want to get the virus and take it to campus. for 2 they risk not being able to go home for holidays if they did get it. but this explains some not all the jobs.

are workers tired of the isolations? some small businesses have had outbreaks. if 1 worker gets covid, they all end up out of work. even here ,i have seen 2 businesses almost shut down. 1 person worked to keep the place open. this stuff is not reported on the news.

With Harvard study stating less than 1% are reported to vaers.
With the amount of info out there stating docs/nurses told not to report to vaers...


I would say we are well over 1 million deaths so far.

This winter is going to be VERY bad.

Lots of younger people are listed in the obituaries. Death rate must be through the roof.

In the USA 2 million people are reported missing each year. Many turn up within 12 months. Some 250,000 are found within 10 years.


That leaves the official figure as 450,000 people go missing in the USA each year who are never seen alive or dead again.

No police force CIA FBI or any other service branch has been able to explain where these people have disappeared to. In fact out of fear thew public might demand explanations it is never reffewred to as the entiure numbers who go missing each year.


That is a lot of GIMPs and sacrifice victim each year the Satanist take. There is no other real explanation which makes sense. Even worse is the public officials cover it up.
Why would they do that?

Are they involved in trafficking of human beings?
Why not put it out there and let the whole nation help solve the mystery?

Because they don't want you to know what is happening to those people.

Streets are extra crowded here in TN.

Could be they let their feet do their voting and moved. I'm in Florida, and we are packed and wall to wall traffic jams daily...out of state plates. They all went to FL.

I went to the beach on labor day, having lost track of the date. Even though the official parking lots were closed, there were still a few parking spots available. Beach was busy, but hardly what I'd call 'crowded'. Went back on Thursday, it was a ghost town except for the few hundred yards around the easy entrances.

word is hotels are having problems too. ppl are not traveling or on vacation to fill the rooms.
