Summary: non-institutionalized population 16 years of age and older is shrinking. There are only three ways a person falls out of this number...

1. You become institutionalized; that means prison or a nursing home.

2. You leave the United States entirely. That's not happening, net-net, is it? Southern border anyone?

3. You DIE.



Read the whole thing. With all the data/agencies there is no 100% effective way to hide this. There was always going to be a tell.
