I see the same merchants every week. The same lore tellers on the TV... The police, moderators and janitors are all there.... The only people missing are other players in the game.

I think I am on a dead server now. I wonder if I can go loot empty zones?

Is now the best time to level up? Did the other players get banned?

We should check dialog trees with other players and see if they are bots or real.
