Several houses for sale in a row right next to each other.

SIMPLE ANSWER: THEY ALL MOVED TO EASTERN WASHINGTON, NORTH IDAHO AND MONTANA. MY LITTLE COUNTY WENT FROM 6,000 PEOPLE FOR 75 YEAR AVERAGE TO MAYBE 30,000 PEOPLE IN 18 MONTHS CORONAVIRUS TIME! SERIOUSLY!
