How are so many places understaffed when unemployment and eviction moratoriums are gone? I don’t believe that many people are suddenly hiding now because of CoVid and not working just waiting to get evicted. Even fast food is paying $15 an hour in states where it’s not the mandatory minimum wage - and heroic grocery store workers stayed on the job at the height of the fear pandemic. Why would all those people not be working now? What are all these mysterious ‘better jobs’ they left for? Are the supply shortages really because so many people are MIA?  Many people wisely saved the extra unemployment money, so society will essentially cease to function once the supply chain falls apart, by winter. $15 an hour, no benefits, no vacation or sock time, no insurance, no adult can survive on that, especially while corporations rake in hundreds of billions a year and can't even be bothered to pay taxes. Sorry not sorry, endless greed and sin broke a monumentally evil society. It's well and truly deserved at this point If you’re an adult making $15/hr you’re a colossal loser and should prob just take the clot shot and jump off a bridge. You have all the time in the world to learn a skill. Lazy fucks.
