My area has very heavy traffic all times of the day. Many people are moving to the area (NC), but oddly parks are empty, restaurants very light, even grocery stores not busy.

My theory is that people are too disabled, ill from the jabs so everyone is staying home and ordering things -- though that doesn't explain the traffic.

I just sold my house after three days for 20K over list price because there is no inventory. They go so quickly.
