I wish half the population here would move away. It's 40 million here in California. The house behind me just sold for over a million and it was a fixer upper. A 3 bedroom wreck of a house just listed for $877,000.
A house with a larger lot goes for two million. WTF If you're working in service industry and making $15 to $19 an hour how are houses selling for this? And people coming in and paying cash for these houses. Like that's not suspicious?
