Several houses for sale in a row right next to each other.

They get restaged after being sold and a yard company comes along to maintain the exterior many of them even have the lights on timers yet no one every enters or exits the houses. This is the same thing happening in my neighborhood in the LA area. Houses have been sold over the last two years (way over the asking price) and then no one ever moves in. But they have gardeners, pool people, etc., but no people living in the house. It's weird.
