California has been a sh*thole for two decades now. Left in '89. It was nice then but now the rich and poor are insanely far apart. It is hilarious if your rich. Pathetic to watch if you are an outsider. The complete foolishness of some people to keep on expecting something better or something more by voting in the same garbage is astounding.

Of course most South American countries are run this way. At least the homeless are using tents and not building ramshackle houses out corrugated metal and cardboard. Not yet.
