I guess making tic tok videos backfired. Management canned nurses during early covid.

Carrying the puke pan? Mopping piss and/or blood? I have almost no respect for medical administrators. A lot of ego, little knowledge or ability. A very inbred environment. Hospital Administrators make bank and have no call, no lawsuites, get generous vacations and make more money than any Doctor in the hospital by alot. They look at everyone else in the hospital as a widget that is easily replaced. It's good to be king! Being a Doctor is not where it's at, being an administrator is where people make the money. .
