BULLSHIT

I work at a hospital, I have direct care capacity. I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE EXPECTING MOTHER IN THE ICU, or needing to be intubated, or a baby struggling for life after birth.

Fucking bullshit. A mom that is positive for covid just gave birth, she's fine, so is the baby. It happen all the time. These people talking about doctors commiting suicide because of "All the expectant moms dying in labor" are making it up. It's bullshit, all of it.

America has strayed from God. Trump was a respite, a chance, a brief moment to repent. We were called vile names (still are for preaching repentance and to return to God. You can't play on the freeway and not expect consequences. That means ALL OF US.

YES!

Almost 44% of rural hospitals in the US are closing, about to go out of business, or etc.

This is not a coincidence, it's part of the plan to force people into the urban megacity hellscape.

Think about all the medical reality tv shows you see where people have to move to big cities to get care for x or y.

The idea is to literally empty out most of the middle of the country and then make it totally off limits to anyone but the rich and connected.

It's a huge part of agenda 21/30 and has been for decades.

We don't have a pandemic, we have a "health care" crisis.

No one is promoting true Health care, knowledge of illness prevention is suppressed by the medical industrial complex.

Yup. They need to promote losing some damn weight. It would cut down on the heart attacks. That’s for sure.

And shame on the hospitals for making everything covid.

That is also why we are in this freaking mess!

Greed caused this. Also not using ivermectin but using a drug that destroys the kidneys and then venting people because their lungs filled up with fluid. The chickens have come home to roost!

Did they think they wouldn’t get karma?????

Well ... health care is not a right. It is not guaranteed. It's a privilege. So ... do you're best to avoid needing health care. Take good care of yourself. Who would you complain to if you're the last person alive on the planet and needed medical attention?

We do need it if we are mangled up in an accident. Some things should be taken care of. Babies also. We don’t need moms dying in childbirth again. But preventative care is important. It’s all a mess really.

I work in a lab and it's going downhill fast. In a 5 person department,3 are looking to leave and I may get let go if I don't submit to weekly testing. This leaves our lead alone. So many managers in this lab that won't lift a finger to help. Oh well.

There is so much price gouging from the bottom to the top.

Tort reform needs to happen asap but it can't because our country is run by lawyers.

The liability insurance on hospitals and doctors is insane. I know really good doctors who have quit their specialties over the cost of insurance.

I would say the same about most MD’s! They check vitals and blood work, and if the problem isn’t obvious they punt you to a specialist that could take months to get an appointment! I would say your common PCP’s job could be done by someone with about one year, on the job training. Surgeon’s and other specialists, however, do require not only 6 to 7 years of intense training and knowledge. Yet another few years even more, under guidance, to make sure they are true professionals!

Average doctor though? If it isn’t the flu, strep, a broken bone or obvious organ problems, you get punted!

A shout out to all the real doctors and Nurses(who do most of the hard shit!) We love you, I’m praying for you and, while, most will never no the stress and dedication and empathy one requires to be a professional in your field. I do, and I respect you more than you know!

God bless!

Yeah. You are right. It’s just awful to watch it happening. But it has to. Who can afford insurance anymore? Hardly anyone can get basic care. The illegals use the emergency room as their primary physician along with many poor and no one pays. That is definitely taking its toll. Nursing school and medical school is so expensive. Who wants to deal with that? Everything needs to be revamped.

You actually have that backwards.
The same is happening in the UK, and people are FLEEING
the 'universal healthcare' hospitals.

Long NHS waiting lists fuel return to profit at healthcare
firm Spire
Spire Healthcare, Britain’s second-largest private
hospital operator, has returned to profit after a surge in
patients choosing to pay for hip and knee operations, as
the NHS waiting lists for non-urgent surgeries reached
unprecedented levels during the pandemic.
[link to www.theguardian.com (secure)]

Either way, there is no such thing as (significant)
hospitals that are not-for-profit as the nurses and
doctors will not be working for free. (As well as a lot of
other means of profit taking.)

Listen, I worked in both England's NHS government hospitals and America's Government-Corporate hospitals.

They are all run the same way, totally for profit, and it is the government in both countries (deep state controlled) calling the shots.

They want to cram as many patients in with as few resources as possible. They don't want to spend money on nurse and doctor and staff numbers. They have been capping down allowed clinician numbers on duty for years and killing patients by overstretching the staff. They get away with it, because patients will see the clinician as incompetent or neglectful.

Modern patient are so sick and complicated that they need almost a one to one, ongoing care. In England, they were cramming 30 patients into one ward with one overwhelmed nurse. Here it is 9 patients per nurse. No RN can do her job thoroughly or correctly or spend any time on basic care in these conditions.

They have been cutting down allowed nurse numbers for years to cull money back to the deep state. Conditions have been so brutal and horrific over the last 10 years (as this has been an ongoing thing). It gets worse every year.

Conditions are so brutal for frontline RNs that they don't stay long. We hired 80 nurses in 2018 and within 3 months all but 4 ran away screaming from healthcare. They were replaced with 50. Then the allowed ratios go from 7 patients to nurse (impossible) to 9 patients per nurse (horror show of death and suffering). And then more quit, and the system replaces just under the number who left.

That is your nursing shortage. Capped staffing numbers that make conditions so brutal everyone leaves.

And abusive patients and families.

None of you have any concept of what an RN is, or what it means to be sharing a nurse with other patients. Your expectation level for care is something that would be akin to having your own one to one nurse. When you don't get that you are going to lash out at a lone nurse responsible for multiple critical patients and juggling too many things rather than lash out at management for short staffing the place. And you are probably going to kill one of her sicker patients by distracting her, while you are all pissed off about not getting what you think you need when you want; and it is going to be over something stupid.

All management has to do is throw a few minimum wage workers on the unit who cannot and do not help with anything and when visitors and patients see them lounging around they think they are "nurses". Then they don't understand what is going on.

It is a horror how. Nurse has total liability and accountability and every night is 9 patients per nurse no help. No response from management to our cries from help. 14 hours without food and water, aware that patients are going to get hurt and killed because I cannot be 8 patients at once, the whole system breaking down, broken equipment, lack of med access, failing lab..........and add pissed off abusive patients and families on top.

It got totally unsafe about 5 years ago.

I have been hearing things that they are going to start requiring master degrees to become a floor nurse. This won’t help anything, my parents generation just required a certificate or an associate degree. Now it is a bachelor degree with a very difficult time of someone getting into an expensive nursing school. This will be an issue

So I use the VA for my health care. Ive had several heart surgeries, a hernia surgery, and trwatment for hypertension and the sugar. Neither of which I had before my heart went south. In any case around the time of Obamavare they shut down the emergency room at my VA. Turned it into a 9 to 5 urgent care. If you have an emergency after hours go to the local hospital and they bill the VA. Anyhow....last May during the beginning of the covid they laid off 25% of the nurses in the local public healthcare system...UPMC... Nov. I end up in the local hospital with a heart attack. It was crazy, people in the halls of tge Er and on my ICU floor when i got there waiting for Cath the next morning. Like something off 80s ER tv show. Anyhow, my nurse was a traveling nurse from the nearest big city about 100 miles from us. She was a russian citizen nurse here on a work Visa to work in that city....but they are paying her 4k$ per week to come do 4 12 hour shifts. Or roughly 84$ an hour. And a 4 day work week. She was gorgeous and we talked alot. She didnt scramble around like the local nurses in the hallways and drawing my blood etc because she couldnt really be fired. She was very nice and gave me very good care. The cardio screwed up and said they could not find any blockage....upped my BP meds and gave me slow release Nitro while my heart regen...
Anyhow. It barely worked I could barely get thru the workday and im taking slowbrelease nitro and popping a nitro just to do some of my work or walk any distance....i made it till May...went back with pain but not a heart attack. New younger surgeon found a blckage immediately, opened and stented it and I immediately felt better after 6 months. Anyhow on the May visit the hospital was different. It was a ghost town. Empty hallways. A private room for me all three days. No code blues. No hustle and bustle. Even though our areas covid numbers were still high. My wifes friend is on the covid wing icu so I hear about our cases and numbers, but the main point I wanted to make is they wanted her to work more days per week and more hours at her normal rate of 31$ an hour......but they will pay a traveling non American nurse 84$ an hour temporarily.

Finally one who understands and can see further than their nose.

It's by DESIGN and part of the depopulation.

Make healthcare givers, the healthcare system and first responders non-functional.

The vax mandate is for that.
65% of those, who survive the vaxx, will have been crippled or have drastically diminished capacity to function.
The rest quits or gets fired.
Will the healthcare system be able to function with a 1/4 to 1/3rd of its previous fully functional/healthy personnel?
No way.
So even more of the killer-jabbed dies. And THAT's the goal.
