I guess making tic tok videos backfired. Management canned nurses during early covid.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80735691 The management needs to take their asses to the ER waiting rooms, and comfort the patients as they wait. What's wrong? Can't handle a mask? Face shield? Carrying the puke pan? Mopping piss and/or blood? I have almost no respect for medical administrators. A lot of ego, little knowledge or ability. A very inbred environment. Quoting: Ladye Jayne Smith I would say the same about most MD’s! They check vitals and blood work, and if the problem isn’t obvious they punt you to a specialist that could take months to get an appointment! I would say your common PCP’s job could be done by someone with about one year, on the job training. Surgeon’s and other specialists, however, do require not only 6 to 7 years of intense training and knowledge. Yet another few years even more, under guidance, to make sure they are true professionals! Average doctor though? If it isn’t the flu, strep, a broken bone or obvious organ problems, you get punted! A shout out to all the real doctors and Nurses(who do most of the hard shit!) We love you, I’m praying for you and, while, most will never no the stress and dedication and empathy one requires to be a professional in your field. I do, and I respect you more than you know! God bless!
