Who is tracking-monitoring the placebo people? Is there any evidence/reporting that shows many who think they are vaxxed are not?

Is there any evidence, one way or the other, that many who think they are vaxxed are not? Is there any reporting /tracking going on anywhere that tracks the 'placebo' people numbers? Is Deep State culling (aka killing) the least desirables; or are the placebo, vaxxed people just randomly selected? If so, many people who think they got the vaxx are artificially inflating the number of people who appear to be doing fine, following the vaxx.

What if the percentage of people being negatively affected by the vaxx, not the placebo, is much higher than we are being told? That would turn a lot of heads and scare those inclined to take the vaxx.

Also, other than VAERS, is there any after-the-fact tracking going on to identify the negative after-effects of the vaxxed people? Surely, VAERS isn't the only source for this information.
