What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.
Quoting: Uncle Gintel That would be the parents fault for not watching their special needs kid. I would sue the parents afterwards for stress, PTSD and loss of wages.
