he is alleged to be peeping.
by this logic you could ask someone you do no like to check your window from the outside and then shoot them claiming they were peeping.
babbitt was shot actually climbing in a window she broke and a lot of conservatives claim it was unjustified. on and an angry mob behind her.
these two events and the responses do not jive with the concept of right and wrong. One actually entering, the other just there.
