What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.

Why do people complain when people act natural? If I had a "peeping Tom", I think I'd probably try to pelt him with eggs or dump a pitcher of pee on him. But in the end, I would realize he was just a dumb horny boy, and do I want to destroy all the dumb, horny boys? I don't think that's in our best interest.
