What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.
Quoting: Uncle Gintel Down syndrome kids are supposed to be kept on a leach. This shooting may have been best left up to the cops though unless there was an attempt to break in.
