All you folks bringing up the "delivery guy" scenario are overlooking the fact that if she was expecting a delivery...probably would've answered the door when he knocked.

And peering into a bedroom window at 11P? No. Very likely he did a wrong thing. Very likely he's a creep. The penalty for those things isn't death. What if she had (1) taken his picture (2) set up security around her house (3) gotten a court order of protection and/or published his photo to embarrass him with everyone. (4) reported it to the cops so HE would be arrested for something, rather than her getting arrested.
