You cant just kill people who are outside of your home with suspicion they are peeping. You should tell them to leave first and if they dont then you shoot them if you determine that they are a threat

Now you could argue something might happen to her. But 'she can't do that' is a really stupid statement. Semantics. Sure, go with the "shoot first and let God sort them out" attitude... see how that goes. Someone looking into your window is not a death sentence, and no system based in common law would ever see that as an equivalency, especially in modern society with such high population density. For what it's worth, my own mother lied to my father when they were in their 20's about a neighbor peeping into the windows. She also lied about having an abortion... She said she did it for attention, to test him. The words "alleged" are important when you are judging these scenarios. False rape accusations are rampant. False hate-crime hoaxes are rampant. People lie. Think about Munchausen by Proxy. People are fucking nuts.
