What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.
Quoting: Uncle Gintel  I have a very innocent, sweet, son with Autism and ID. Not often but he has walked up to peoples windows on their front lawn to look inside, just because he is curious. Same thing when he was younger but worse. He use to just walk into unlocked front doors or walk straight in un invited when people opened their door. Not everything is as it appears. It should not be a death sentence to look in someone windows, no matter how unnerving it is foe the person inside. So, I would call this a murder. Good comment!
