What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.

Same thing when he was younger but worse. He use to just walk into unlocked front doors or walk straight in un invited when people opened their door. Not everything is as it appears. It should not be a death sentence to look in someone windows, no matter how unnerving it is foe the person inside. So, I would call this a murder. You don't know the facts. Are you accusing this lady of being a murderer?
