What if it had been a down syndrome kid in the neighborhood just acting socially awkward?
You should not shoot someone unless they are coming into your house or have made their intentions clear outside your house.

Same thing when he was younger but worse. He use to just walk into unlocked front doors or walk straight in un invited when people opened their door. Not everything is as it appears. It should not be a death sentence to look in someone windows, no matter how unnerving it is foe the person inside. So, I would call this a murder. Then keep your 'kid' (which a grown man with Autism ain't) in check. It's not the 'whole village's' job to take care of your asshole. What if your giant man-child walks into my mother's home and causes her to stroke out and die because she's terrified because Mr. Atypical scares her to death standing in her living room because your irresponsible ass doesn't take care of your offspring when its got a glitch.
