Right wing fantasizing. She will be lucky if she is not charged.
Nobody was trying to force entry so she can't show it was justification for use of deadly force.
This would not even hold up under castle law.
She should have called to police. If he was trying to gain entry, then it is a use of deadly force.
You guys should really brush up on your laws before you end up a soap boy in jail.

But also a good heads up, if you believe you were in mortal danger and kill a perp do NOT contact ANY law enfarcement....EVER...make the perp vanish from Earth and NEVER speak of it again.
