murder. plain and simple. i dont know that it should be but by law that is murder. he didnt break a window, he didnt verbally threaten her, he never even attempted to enter her home. i hate the fucking pigs but she should have called them and WAITED with her rifle at the ready in case he did start breaking in. motherfuckers need to learn what constitutes self defense before swinging rifles around like that. this woman is either too old and feeble to responsibly use a weapon, totally mal-educated on guns in general, or a fucking psychopath who actually just wanted to kill someone. likely the 2nd one.
