She murdered him for peeping in her window?
Does the punishment fit the crime?

I don’t agree with shooting through the wall….mainly because if you have neighbors and you don’t worry about beyond your target , you’ll accidentally kill your neighbors, their dog or someone else that’s an unintended target. If she did it right, she would have called police….and only shooting if there was a real threat to her life, or he started to enter the home. Then stood her ground in the house with her firearm. IF cops didn't have a bad track record of shooting the homeowner who makes the call, I'd tend to agree with you, but even in the best case scenario, their response time is measured in minutes, when you could die in seconds. Maybe he was making a rapey-face at her when she caught him peeping? Or are you going to argue that he was just doing research for his school report? I’m not making any excuses for the pervert….just making the point that there may be unintended consequences. If I caught a man outside of my window peeping at my family….they wouldn’t have to worry about the police. But they’d meet my Shadow (150 lb German Shepherd) and myself.
