You cant just kill people who are outside of your home with suspicion they are peeping. You should tell them to leave first and if they dont then you shoot them if you determine that they are a threat

For what it's worth, my own mother lied to my father when they were in their 20's about a neighbor peeping into the windows. She also lied about having an abortion... She said she did it for attention, to test him. The words "alleged" are important when you are judging these scenarios. False rape accusations are rampant. False hate-crime hoaxes are rampant. People lie. Think about Munchausen by Proxy. People are fucking nuts.  Sorry bro, no matter how you cut it. This dude got what was coming to him before his little fetish/urge went a little too far.  He's right you know. I keep a spike strip ordered from Galls [ link to www.galls.com (secure)] on my driveway beneath the leaves near my home in the Autumn. No one has any reason to drive all the way up to my home unless they are there for nefarious reasons. The monthly UPS and FedEx deliveries have no reason to drive around to the back of my home so it presents no danger to them. Anyone else... ...they were coming right at me with a potential weapon in hand.
