Can't tell half these idiots anything. She should have lawyered up BEFORE she ever talked to the police. If she didn't call 911 BEFORE she shot this guy, she damn sure should have called a lawyer before she called 911 to let them know she shot him or at least right after. Hell, she should have got her gun, called 911, warned him that she had a gun and already called 911 and THEN told him that he should leave her property or she would shoot for fear of her life. These morans don't understand gun laws. Good luck to them on staying out of prison.

WAKE UP FOOLS THE "jUSTICE SYSTEM" is NOT there to protect innocent people from harm or actually mete out "Justice".I believe if you are going to own firearms, you should be required to take safety, operating classes, and pass a test, jut like we do automobiles to own your firearm. Minors as young as 8 need to have an age appropriate permit for rifles until 12 and at 13 include handguns. They should only be operated in the presence of an adult over 21 years old. Then everyone should be on the same page on when you can shoot a suspect. Your argument is flawed, she demonstrated practical gun control, she hit what she was aiming for, and keep your tard on a leash.
