Typical Texan IQ.
Never learned how to close her blinds when dressing or undressing. Such complicated stuff was beyond her Texan comprehension.
No surprise to me.
In the rest of the US women somehow have learned to CLOSE THEIR BLINDS if they don't want to be seen from outside their house, much to the disappointment of young Male teenagers everywhere (but Texas - where they leave them open and just SHOOT).
