Why is it libs get triggered over a peeping Tom shot while looking for his next rape victim, but demand the unfettered ability to murder a child with a beating heart?

If the dude has a rap sheet, then good for her... but the story is so limited in it's reporting that the knee jerk reactions are sort of silly. The news article stated: “ Houston police Lt. R. Willkens told reporters who arrived outside the house Friday night. "We're being told it was a peeping Tom."” You have no idea what was in that terrified woman’s mind and you don’t have any right to Monday Morning Quarterback her decision. If what was in a woman's mind were real 99% of the time, we would be in serious trouble. Perception IS NOT reality in court of law. There are standards for the threat continuum/continuum of force. You don't get to shoot people because you are scared in your house. A man jerking off in the window is a horrible act, but none that warrants deadly force. We don't even know that he was a peeping tom, other than hearsay. If we had video evidence this would be more clear-cut. We don’t need video or other evidence. Only the local PD & prosecutors office. If she’s not charged, then why should anyone who doesn’t live there lose sleep over the way they do things there?
