does America's Frontline Doctors write medical exemptions for COVID vaccination?

I need to get a medical exemption for my girlfriend who has a Bicuspid Aortic Valve Disease. Basically the valve in the heart needs to be replaced through surgery sooner rather than later. Considering the well documented heart complications that can come with COVID vaccination, it would seem she would be able to get a medical exemption for her employer. Unfortunately the doctors and surgeons will not give her an exemption locally as expected. They simply refer you to the CDC if you have any questions unfortunately. My hope is to contact America's Frontline Doctors to provide some sort of exemption for her. If anyone has any experience contacting them for medical exemption it would be much appreciated.
