People get tickles in their throats, he was talking louder than normal, probably strained his vocal cords.
My gripe is that he's coughing into his HAND. Who still does that? Somebody train him to cough into his elbow. It's not that hard to get used to.
Quoting: Winter_Gal True, he does use his hand to cough into. What drives me nuts about him is always touching his eye, nose, or scratching his head. It's weird.
