My brothers and parents want to move to Vietnam or Mexico, or Panama. This is the Titanic, I have dual citizenship and have assylum papers ready.

And the rich may find escape cut off quickly like the Soviets did with the wall. If I was an illegal I would not accept citizenship right now if they still make you give up citizenship in your home country. Lose your escape option and don't gain many benefits.
