List your reasons for your response in a reply.  :COMMIEOPOLY: Move to a state that has the highest woke-shot participation. I forecast a massive deflationary event in real estate. I wonder if real estate will stay high, because of those being allowed in from other countries. They will need a place to live. I don't think so. I am expecting a significant die-off of vaxxed people. This IS a deflationary event. prices will have to fall.
