UTICA, N.Y. — A federal judge has temporarily blocked the state of New York from forcing medical workers to be vaccinated after a group of health care workers sued, saying their Constitutional rights were violated.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80858713 Here we go! This will go to the Supreme Court unless New York backs down to avoid a ruling. If New York backs down, every other state will have to make a decision, risk a ruling against mandatory vaccination or drop it. If it's ruled as legal, it's on like Donkey Kong.   .
