UTICA, N.Y. — A federal judge has temporarily blocked the state of New York from forcing medical workers to be vaccinated after a group of health care workers sued, saying their Constitutional rights were violated.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80858713 Here we go! This will go to the Supreme Court unless New York backs down to avoid a ruling. If New York backs down, every other state will have to make a decision, risk a ruling against mandatory vaccination or drop it. If it's ruled as legal, it's on like Donkey Kong. We have justices that have been placed by fraudulently elected officials for the last 50 years. Everything about this government is illegal and unconstitutional.
