go japan..you are a country that actually seems to care a little bit about its people..
none of the others do these days
Quoting: Grove Street (revived) The reason why Japan seems to care about their population is that they are a relatively homogenous population - they haven't allowed the wholesale immigration and 'diversity', like we have been forced to experience here in the U.S. They are also experiencing a severe drop in population as they don't have near enough births in their population to replace the elderly and actually have a decreasing population; they can't afford to lose anyone else! Are you forgetting that it was Japan that first brought "diversity" to people from other countries ? Before Imperial Japan colonized Korea and invaded China in the past, there were not much Japanese people living in those 2 neighboring countries but Japanese migration(both military and civilian)brought diversity to both those neighbors as well as the other Asian countries they invaded and would have likely kept till now if they hadn't lost WW2. Japan should accept more diversity in the modern times as payback to the hell they unleased on fellow Asians in the past.
