I'VE ALREADY SEEN IT. A few of weeks back I had an eye doctor appointment and when I got there they were in a panic because they had no aides to do the exams and prep work and one of the assistants had to be taken to the hospital from the office that day and they were very worried about her. They were so backed up I had to reschedule my appointment and the person that handled me then was....another eye doctor before my own because they still didn't have any aides. It was a really alarming experience and an eye opener about what is to come. They were in such a dither they even got my new appointment wrong. |

My mother's hospice nurse had coronavirus, got well, came back to work, took the shots, then died. Funny thing was, she never wore a mask, and she didn't infect a single patient with coronavirus. My mother, in hospice care, has now outlived her by 6 months! None of the nurses that come here ever mention the coronavirus shots. I don't know if they've had the coronavirus shots, but non of them wear masks. |

All their practical knowledge comes from the long experienced nurses they will work with. In fact, all the great nurses got that way by working with other great nurses. These great nurses quit before they can hand down their knowledge and work ethic - and we are in trouble. I have spent a lot time working in hospitals and as a patient - I will take an old battle axe nurse over a doctor any day. They get shit done…. Doctors, don’t do shit. Truth |

My wife is a 13 yr. veteran OR Nurse, Telemetry certified. I can guarantee you that her level of experience and skill is not replaced by a new grad. You have absolutely no idea what you are even talking about. God help the poor souls who have to be cared for by the new grads too. Truth is 50% will buckle and quit under the immense pressure it will take to be a Nurse in these conditions. So is mine sweetie. She had 2 nurses at her facility refuse the jab and they were quickly replaced by two recent grads. As long as they get enough experienced nurses to want the jab (and if you’re being honest most nurses have gotten it) then they will have enough coverage. Hospitals and health facilities are reaching out to nursing professors to fill the gap as well. We know college professors are almost universally liberal. I don’t think you understand how many would have that walk away for it to be effective. 10% isn’t going to cut it. Btw, I hope they are successful I just don’t think they will be and will ultimately be blackballed. It is estimated that if as little as 3% of the American workforce quit, America would grind to a halt. Stick with nursing... Sounds like bullshit to me. If one of these companies with 100 employees had 3 people quit they’d “grind to a halt”? In a hospital with 250 nurses 3% is 8 nurses. Stick with 2nd grade math.... Nipples McGee |
